Latin Carrying Hope Event on 9/14

On Monday, September 14th, Carrying Hope hosted a service event alongside the Student Service Learning Board (SSLB), where students packed more than 150 bags for Northwestern Medicine’s Survive and Thrive event. The bags will be distributed to cancer patients and survivors, offering comfort and care during their journeys.

During the event, over 30 students wrote thoughtful letters to include in each bag, adding a personal message of support for recipients. Through this collaboration, Carrying Hope continued its mission of bringing hope and warmth to those impacted by cancer while giving students a meaningful way to serve the greater community.
